A friend, who is a registered user, is unable to open the program.
Here is what she has written me:
"I was changing settings and found one that was for Admin or User. Don't ask
me why I changed it to User, but I did. There must be a default, but I can't find it.
Reinstalling (but not uninstalling) the Bat hasn't worked.
I can't open the program at all. I get a login window and it asked for a user and
password. Nothing I've tried works, even leaving it blank."
I believe she uses the latest non-beta version.
Any ideas on how to get her program to open. Is there a particular
file she could delete?
