Create an address book entry for the person or list you're interested
in, right mouse on the entry, select "Properties" and under Reply put
some custom template data.  e.g.,

The bat of happiness fluttered its wings and whispered to me that
%OFROMNAME said on %ODATE:

%QUOTES

%Cursor

Check through your macros and see if you find any likely suspects.
One thing, though -- if you have to reply to all to reply to a list
(it's the default that the RFC recommends), you have to delete the
name in the To: line, and cut and paste the name in the Cc: line and
paste that to the To: line.  Do that *before* you do any typing inside
the message.

Well, this is just personal opinion, and worth what you paid for it,
but my impression of Calypso is that the authors looked at Microsoft
Exchange client and actually liked it.

Since Exchange client is a truly appalling piece of sh^H^Hsoftware, it
didn't take long for me to scrub every remnant of Calypso off my hard
drive.
