Well, I would guess that Netscape HTML is the best option. Just try
the different options and report the results! :)

I receive some *newsletters* too which really look better in HTML,
i.e. much more newspaper-like. In general, I hate HTML e-mails, but a
weekly/monthly newsletter in HTML is fine.
