OK, I tried this regex on the PGPBasics list subjects and also the
bidgeneral lists. Both have [PGPBasics] and [bidgeneral] in all
messages. It works. This regex will also remove the extra Re:'s and
Fwd:'s that may build up in subjects.

Place the regex in a quick template and give it a handle name like
'subj'. In the reply template, place at the end %Qinclude="subj". Enjoy!
