Address the message to "My friends" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
then put all of your friends' addresses (or the name of the address
book group) in the BCC header. If you can't see that, then enable it
from the menu option "View -- Blind CC".

BTW: I have added "nospam" to your address above since all postings to
this list get published on the web in the TBUDL message archive and I
wouldn't like you to be the victim of spam-bot address harvesters :-).
