I have knocked up a QD (quick and dirty) utility that will display an
animated gif. It is an executable and requires 3 command line
parameters and is executed as follows:
GifShow "full path to gif image" width height
where "width" and "height" are the dimensions of the image in pixels.
You can get it at http://www.silverstones.com/GifShow.zip.
To run it when you receive a specific mail, you will have to construct
a filter to pick up the trigger message then use the "Actions" tab to
execute the program with the "Run external program" option.
