Kevin,

I've had rather significant problems with that as well.  What I've
found was that if I remove quotes from the string to be detected, that
the filters work much better.

i.e. instead of looking for "Firstname Lastname" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
try looking just for [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I think you'll get better results.
