Hi Kevin,

I have always found that specifying the whole field content messes up
filtering for me. When I want to create a new filter, I start with
Ctrl-Shift-F to create a base filter and use the "Override" checkbox
and "Edit" button to tweak the new filter into the right place in the
hierarchy.

The first edit I perform is to change the trigger string from

    "Firstname Lastname" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

to

    [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I don't have any trouble with filters after that.
