Nope. In fact, when I did that, I see my question as a child of your
answer. Messages in other threads on this list are also out of order.
Ditto when I set the sort to sent time (which I believe might be
likelier to give the desired result). And when you click on the
trashcan icon on a message in a thread, even an expanded thread, the
thread collapses and the focus goes to the next thread.
Now, I don't know about you, but when I've finished reading a message
in a thread and delete it, the next thing I want to read is the next
message in the same thread.
Imho, Netscape 4's email client, which is far from exemplary in many
things, got threading and deleting within threading right. TB!
hasn't yet.
