Yup, it sends it to me as the client has been going through rapid
expansion and basically I am a force of stability (!) In that I act as
a filter. Once they have a proper marketing function in place the
forms will no doubt be emailed direct to them. However at the moment I
prepare a log of all forms received and he can then check if the
fledgling sales and marketing department is following up the requests.
When they are running properly I'd like them to use The Bat! As their
email client and I can show them how powerful the program is.
