Hi Dean,

Thanks for the response, and thanks to Manfred for the earlier
message...apparently it is an unresolved problem with The Bat!
and/or Norton AV. All my settings are correct. So I took
Manfred's advice and turned off email protection from NAV. From
previous experience, I know that Auto-Protect will stop infected
files from doing any damage...knock on wood!
