Hi Manfred
If you have a computer problem and contact most software helpdesks,
from my experience the first thing they will ask is have you anything
from Norton running. For some reason any Norton software really gets
deep into the "guts" of a computer OS and what we in the UK genteelly
call "buggers things up"
