FYI, you can also do it with Properties Plus (Free):
http://www.ne.jp/asahi/cool/kish/pplusmain.htm
It just adds another option in your right-click menu. If you choose
'Properties Plus' over a folder, you have to option of making the
changes to all subfolders and files.
