Would you restrict our quoting to what's immediately relevant to your
replies. This is an explicit rule stated in the list charter. It makes
the mail a lot more readable and the savings in kb's per message adds up
when your mail base exceeds 30,000 messages. :=)

The regex syntax is basically the same as Perl. However the regex
support via templates allow only simple outputting of regex matches. It
doesn't support text processing.
