Hi Manfred,
On 31 December 2000 at 01:13:42 +0000 (which was 01:13 where I
live) Manfred Ell wrote and made these points:
ME>>> This doesn't work. Instead of inserting "PREDEFINED SUBJECT" it
ME>>> inserts "(No Subject)".
Marck>> That's because TB doesn't leave a blank subject empty. Instead it puts
Marck>> in (No Subject). That means the conditional should change to:
Marck>> %SUBJECT='%SETPATTREGEXP="(?(?=;;)(No
Subject);;(.*)|(.*);;)"%REGEXPBLINDMATCH="%OFULLSUBJ;;(predefined
Marck>> subject)"%SUBPATT="2"'
ME> Now it simply blanks the subject but doesn't insert what it should.
That makes sense. Unthinking, I've left the brackets un-quoted.
Januk's had something to say about a bug too. To properly filter the
existing (No Subject), the regex pattern would have to be something
like
\(No Subject\)
or
.No Subject.
<sigh> It's too close to New Year's for me to think straight <g>
