I've been using TB! for a while now, and I still do not know what "Bind
attachments only when sending out mail" means. There is no mention of that
feature in the Help file at all. In fact, it specifically *excludes* an
explanation of that feature under Account/Properties/Files and Directories.
All that is mentioned with respect to attachments, is the storage of
attachments, either in the default "Attach" Folder or a Folder as specified
by the User.

Can someone explain in plain English ;o) what "Bind attachments..." actually
means?
