If I drag a parked message to *any* folder, including the outbox, a
popup message appears asking if I wish to move parked messages as
well. I say yes and the message is moved. Upon checking the message in
its new location, even if it's the outbox, the parked status is gone.
In the outbox, the draft status is disabled.
