TB! has been doing that since as long as I can remember and that's
since April 1999. It would be a version before then and you'd be
losing a LOT of features if you roll back to then. The message base
format has been changed making it faster. The address book and and
filter formats have also been enhanced. I think you'd be losing a lot
more than you'd be gaining. Not to mention that I'm skeptic about the
validity of the claim.
