There is a quick and dirty way to do this - set up a filter for each
permutation of incoming message with the requisite template being
pulled by responding to the trigger. This is a pretty straightforward
way to do things and should be simple enough for you to set up for
yourself.
The self maintaining, versatile and clever way to do it is to write a
regular expression macro which can do exactly what you are asking but
you will probably need some help to create it.
If you want to employ the latter method, I suggest that you redirect
the reply to TBTECH (details below) and the "gurus" there can help
out.
