Hi,
The arrow beside "create new mail" will only
display if you have set certain people as
"favorite" in the Addressbook.
The easy way to choose which account to send from
is this:
1. Open new mail to compose by clicking on the
"create new mail" icon.
2. In the "edit mail message" window that just
popped up, right click on the _status bar_
where mail account name appears (it is the 6th
column). If you have more than 1 account setup,
you'll be able to choose which account to send
the email from.
