AFAIU, the %WRAPPED macro is especially made for cookie lines and
regular expressions as part of an e-mail. To be precise it wraps text
in *one* line correctly. Paragraphs by definition are not in one line,
so the macro cannot wrap them correctly.
If am wrong, please correct me.
