Ok. Just switched off the PGP word wrapping. I had the habit to let it
active because of Outlook Express before switching to The Bat!. I
suppose that The Bat! word wrapping is sufficient for correct PGP
handling of the message.

Right key. First fixed the values to 0. Save. Exit/restart The Bat :
no Ticker. Deleted those 2 : same. Deleted the whole Ticker key and
subkeys/values (took a copy before) : same. It puzzles me. As said,
I'll uninstall/clean/re-install before going further. I'll post my
results after that.
