Yes it does complicate things.
But you have ticked Use specific template for replies in your
address book for this list, and then it is this template we are
talking about now, and for the time beeing you can forget both the
account templates and the folder templates.
Check the Reply template in the address book entry for this list.
Check that the text starts on the very first line.
Add the following to the bottom of the template:
"--
Best regards,
%FromFName mailto:%FromAddr"
There should be a space after the two hyphens
And I think you should have got your signature back
