Are you sure? If we're speaking in POP3 protocol terms then two separate
(and probably consequent) POP sessions cannot share some data on the
server side. If your MUA has issued a DELE <message_number> command then
the message(s) marked will be actually deleted by processing the QUIT
command or the deletion flag will be reset by the RSET command.

If we're talking about the client side (MUA) then you're right.
