It is not publicly released to TB users, but only to TB translators. A
copy is right here on my box. You need a password.

The insight is: it is easy to use.

This is the procedure: write to Maximilian <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and tell
him about your idea to translate TB into Dutch. He will set you up
accordingly, with the language compiler, and info on how to install
and use it, and how to send your work back to their server for
inclusion in the next language pack. He has been very helpful in
answering questions I had about using the language compiler and
setting it for my needs.
