Multithreading problem, old bug:

When you have enabled combined delivery, then TB will of course start
a POP session to download mails. At the same time, an SMTP session
should be started, but wait: you have set "POP before SMTP", so the
"send" thread will try to log into your POP server. The "send" session
is unsuccessful, as you are already logged in, and ther POP server
rejects a second log-in under teh same ID.

What happens is then, I am not sure about. Possibility one will tell
the SMTP session that "POP before SMTP" was unsuccessful, and aborts.
Possibility two will start an SMTP session anyway, but since the SMTP
server is not released yet (the POP session is still under way),
sending must be unusccessful.

This bug could be corrected as follows:

If "POP before SMTP" is checked, and "combined delivery"- or a POP
session is active -, then the SMTP session should wait until the POP
session is finished.

This bug has existed ever since "POP before SMTP" was introduced as an
option in TB.
