It can be done with cookies from anywhere. If the cookie comes from a text
file the macro is :
%Wrapped="%Cookie=""<path>\cookiefile"""
or
%Wrapped='%Cookie="<path>\cookiefile"'
This will result in long cookies being wrapped and you no longer have to
use the line break '\n' to manually break up the cookie line.

I don't think so.
I only see justification documented through the %Wrapjustify macro.
