1. When I first encountered it, It surprised me, since I did *not*
want to save but send the mail.

2. When I hit "No" the message was not put into the Outbox.

3. when I want a message send deferred, I don't want it flagged as
draft because it won't be send this way.

4. A drafted message does not get PGP-signed.
