This is the content of the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto\shell\open"
registry part of my installation and it works perfectly (Win98SE).
You can compare/incorporate the changes with regedit. Just choose
Start/Run ... and then type regedit.
Note: You can damage your system permanently by changing the registry.
