Hello again Carren,
The people for whom I've created personalized templates are also in my
"favorites" list. This way, I can just right-click in the "To:" field, and
choose the address (no need to go to the address book). Then, when I place
the cursor in the composition window, the template appears. However...
I just tried it the way you describe above, and it still works the same
way for me. As long as that person's address is in the "To:" field, *the
moment I place the cursor in the composition window*, the personalized
template appears as it should.
