Right where I said it was above... There is a little black arrow inside
the "Files of type" box at the bottom of the dialogue box (it's right
next to the 'Cancel' button). If you hit that arrow, it will show a drop
down list of all the different file types you can send as attachments.
However, the problem as you describe it sounds like in View/Attached
Files, you don't have "Show Automatically" checked.
