I have noticed a problem over the last several months when trying to
send PGP-signed messages. Intermittently, what looks like a short
(~1-10 characters) string of gibberish will be inserted into the
message, just above the PGP signature line (a sample is reproduced
below). This breaks the signature verification at the other end. I've
had the problem through the last few revisions of The Bat! (keep
hoping the next release will automagically fix the problem). So far,
they haven't. Help?

...and here's one with it off. Just switched to a new release of The
Bat! today; we'll see if that annoying gibberish problem in signed
messages has been resolved yet (so far, my messages today have looked
good at least on this end).
