I think your problem has to do with the following:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
You must be trying to use a character set which TB! either doesn't
support, or you don't have the correct DLL for. <shrug> Does this
perchance only happen to you when you reply to an E-Mail?
