I like and use Above & Beyond <www.1soft.com>.
What I like most is that is does not have a separate to do list and
calendar of appointments. Instead, to do items are dynamically
scheduled according to priority, due date/time, and available time.
I'm not sure about integration -- I haven't had time or need to
investigate. I know it has many features I haven't explored.
