One thing that might be very useful is an Autoformat that effects
quoted lines ONLY. Basically TheBat! would detect a CR, then look for
the next quote character. If it finds one, then it considers that
sentences part of the quote and formats with the line above.
That way, you'd have the free caret for quote reply and auto-format for
the reply.
