Fellow TB users,
I was creating a few QT's and used the %Cookie macro in them. I just noticed a
strange
behaviour.
Given below are the four QT's which gives the problem.
1. QT = AF
%ABtoFIRSTNAME,
%Cursor
2. QT = IS
%IF:"%DOW"="Friday":"%COOKIE=""d:\bat\Friday Greetings.txt"""
%COOKIE="d:\bat\sig.txt"
Raj
mailto:%FROMADDR
3. QT = LLNM
%WRAPPED="Thought/Joke for the mail : %cookies='d:\bat\cookies for bat.txt'"
Composed on %DATESHORT at %TIME using The Bat Ver %THEBATVERSION
%SINGLERE
4 QT = FTNM
%Qinclude="AF"
%Qinclude="IS"
%Qinclude="LLNM"
The fourth QT (FTNM) is what I use in the AB new message template.
When I insert an address with has the FTNM template the cookie from 'sign.txt' is
not
picked. Instead a cookie from 'Cookies for bat.txt' is picked. (used in LLNM - QT)
I have also cleared the cookie entries from the Account/Property/Template - Cookie
Text
box. Closed TB and restarted.
Also if I put an extra quotation mark (") at the end of the %Cookie Line in QT IS,
then
the QT - FTNM does not get included.
Secondly if I use %Cookie in QT - IS w/o the path, even then a cookie from 'cookies
for
bat.txt' is inserted.
What is going wrong ??
