How would I create a contact card with multiple contacts? Each of
the
contacts should have a name and email address, so that there will be
one card with several instances of "Firstand Lastname"
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> in the email address field. (This assumes that
clicking on a card like that will transfer mutliple addresses into
the
appropriate block of the email message.)
When I tried to create lists separated by lines, or by commas, or by
commas and lines, only the first entry was picked up. How should I
be
doing this?
And for the bonus round, I received an email which listed all the
email names and addresses of the people on a certain distribution
list. If possible, I would like to add this list to a single contact
card. When I clicked to add the recipients to the address book, they
all went into one card at the name level, and only one of the
addresses went into the email address field. Is there a way to move
a
set of multiple addresses in one fell swoop?
