On Thu, 18 Oct 2001 at 18:52:41 GMT +0100 (10/19/2001 12:52 AM where
you think I live) "John Rainer"=[JR] typed the following :

JR> A recent upgrade to Mailsweeper, which I think is part of, or
JR> associated with, Mimesweeper has led to these mails being blocked due
JR> to 'unrecognised headers' in the re-directed mail.

What is the "unrecognized header", any specific info ?

JR> Mail composed within The Bat goes through, mail forwarded via
JR> Outlook Express goes through but anything redirected by The Bat
JR> doesn't. Anyone any idea why these re-directed mails are being
JR> blocked and how to get around the problem?

I curios, MIMEsweeper blocking the message because he think the
message came from "not allowed domain for relay".

JR> We can't use forwarding as the Reply-to address gets screwed and
JR> senders don't always include their email address in the body text.

TB 1.54 (still beta) have change the standard header while redirecting
a message. Would you mind to try latest beta, perhaps the "new header"
will accepted by MIMEsweeper.
