This is an Amateur Attempt - As I see there are no direct ways.

One  possibility is to filter them from a database and export only the email id's you 
want
to a txt file separated by a semi colon in a single line.

Then in the account (and folder) put the following in the new template

%cc="%put='path name\emailid.txt'"

Where emailid.txt is the name of the file containing the reqd e-mail id's.

A little round about but achieves the purposes.

Only  you  will  need  to rewrite the text file (as opposed to append) so that old 
data is
removed.
