Fellow TB users, Taking the cue from Gary's mail I was wondering if there was some way to link the memo field with another software which will help me enter predefined codes in the memo field.
To make matters more clear : I run a placement company and recv resumes by e-mail. The resumes come in different format incl as a part of the body, as attachment (text, word or pdf...) When there are reqts from clients I need to search based on skills, qualification experience & location. Now TB allows me to search based on the memo attached to the mail. Ideally I would like to edit the mail itself and keep the info right at the top. Since TB does allowit as of now I was wondering whether there was some package where I could store the codes for skills, Qualification, location &experience and using keyboard or mouse short cuts place them quickly into the memo after reading the resume.
