RO> Outgoing filters do their thing after the message is sent, not before.
RO> So because your message isn't sent, it won't be moved to the other

Additionally, if you wish your messages to be sent using another
account, you can use the %Account="" macro. This will send the message
using the desired account and leave the copy in the sent folder of the
desired account.
