Let me add one thing: setup TB! to leave the messages on server. This
might sound silly, BUT: if set up this way it stores what mails are
already downloaded and therefore minimizes again the chance to double
load a message. Set it up to leave on server for one day and your done
with a minimum of overhead but a maximum of fitting your needs.
