Can be done easily.
Create a new account.
Close TB.
Start Windows explorer and copy all account.* files from your to be
cloned account to your new account.
Start TB.
Edit the account properties of your new account (at least the ISP,
etc)
Now you've cloned your old account. The filters and templates are
included.
