Hello Rick, The data base acts as an LDAP style data base and the Handle must be Unique. It would appear that having the Email addy as the Unique Indentifier would be a much better choice. If you create a Handle and then go in and delete it there is still an entry in the data base for the handle except now it is just a Null field entry which now creates serious problems. I have had to export the data base to an LDIF file- delete the erroneous entry and then Re-Import it..A real Pain if you make One simple mistake. Sure hope they fix this soon as this has been a problem now for quite some time apperently. just my 2 cents worth.
