But in Alastair's case, it was a filter at the top of the filtering list, that did only delete certain messages from the server. So, all the sorting or colour coding or whatever was done by filters further down the list. If you didn't activate the "Continue ..." option for such filters, you would have a funny time to find out why all your messages suddenly stayed in your Inbox. RW> I hope so, or I'm changing a LOT of filters today. No need to do that. :-) "Continue processing ..." is only necessary for filters which do some general tasks (colour coding, for instance) to a wider range of messages before some special filters take over for specialised actions, like sorting in folders, for example. At least that's what I use this option for. -- Regards, Lars The Bat! 1.54 Beta/15 on Windows NT 5.1 Build 2600 ____________________________________________________________ | Lars Geiger | <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | -- ________________________________________________________ Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Latest Vers: 1.53d FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com
