I understand. In the land of plenty. Why not waste? ;-)
It's this sort of pressure Ritlabs is under with HTML mail authoring
functionality and other such things. It doesn't matter whether or not
it's less efficient or has other problems. It's just what the customer
wants, the customer gets. This is what keeps your business going.
I do understand and agree with your sentiments.
