Hi, As Nick pointed out, for some reason I had 'Hide Items if not specifically indicated' checked in the Group. Don't know why. And no, Outlook doesn't automatically update addresses. If I change one in the contact list manually, all groups that the person is part of gets updated. Just like it does in The Bat! Sorry if I wasn't clear.
