Hi Peter,

At the risk of overworking your mouse hand, I just started TB and the
association was still with TB. I did what I wrote earlier, deleted the
the association, created EML as a new file type and associated it with
TB.
This doesn't mean that your method doesn't work, I just didn't get a
change to try it.
Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

Now I just need to remove OE from my system.
