Group the separate accounts.

Having separated accounts is a good thing. There are all sorts of
settings that might differ depending on one's audience or context. But
you can also achieve the convenience that I think you are looking for.

One of your accounts should have administrative rights. It is
whichever one can access, on the menu bar, Options/Network &
Administration. Then, under the Privileges tab, set the access
privileges for the two accounts you created. Then go under Groups,"
create a new name for the group, and check the boxes for both of your
accounts. Set and confirm a password if you want. From then on, when
you log in, use the group name instead of one of the account names.
TB! will open with both accounts. You can filter using both, i.e.,
from one to the other, and even cut, copy, and paste filters from one
to the other.

Does that accomplish what you're looking for?
