Prayan, look at it like this.  If there wasn't a penalty of some kind,
like a very reasonable charge of $3 for a key regeneration, probably
no one would ever bother to "keep records."  They'd just rely on the
nice folks at Ritlabs to do all the work, and they're not exactly
Microsoft as far as staffing goes.

Most of us would probably like to see them spend their time improving
an already great little Bat! program rather than regenerating keys,
eh?

They once got my $3, too, but they won't get it again.

Because I now have so many copies of the information hidden away in so
many different places that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is
starting to ask questions.
